It just comes up periodically on my phone. I'm not sure where it comes from or how to find it. It's just there every now and again. I DO know if you click on any topic it shows the section it's in right at the top like all the others do. Pretty easy to just not read stuff if you don't want to be there.

As soon as you open it it shows the section it's in right at the top. Mine does anyway.

Again, very confusing. If your accusation is that I'm threatening someone it's just that you've made that up again. Stating obvious facts is much different than threatening someone or something.
