You keep saying controlling who someone v**es for. If someone is NOT running for an office you can still write them in. If someone is impeached they can't run for ANY office. You can write them in. All the rest of their followers can V**E for them. That does not change the fact the person can't be elected. You and all your buddies can still v**e for a loser and a rightfully impeached person.
