This has all the answers!
Any crankbait that dives deeper than 10' use the 5:4 or no more than 5:7
Ok I can agree with bassface up to a certain point. Now a days anyone that can afford to buy the hi=tech electronics and take the time to learn them can go most any where and find and catch fish with little actually fishing knowledge. But my biggest problem with all this new hi-tech stuff is this is not the stopping point. One day it will be just like looking at you tv screen and actually seeing not only fish but the type and size as well. And most likely give advice on how to catch them.
Knowledge is the key to fishing success. Success is the key to fishing happiness!
Went fishing on a #2 flatland this past sat .I launched at about 8 am at the same time there's another guy putting in a beautiful ranger bass boat . We chat briefly then go do thang. Water color was bout 10'' vis.where I fished.Trolled 250 till bout 2 pm caught 23 bass up to 2.5lbs. Bout this time I see the same guy come under bridge , then gets on his trolling motor and I can tell he's not fishing but heading to ramp, next I see him got his paddle out and trying to paddle to ramp. So I decide to go tow him in I ask well it doesn't look like your having a great day at least boat wise but how did the fishing go he said not so good only caught 2 small dinks. So here I am towing a 50,000 dollar bass boat with my maybe 5000. dollar boat I using spoonplugging knowledge and tools have a pretty good day and his hi dollar boat and very little fishing knowledge had a bad day. Moral of story knowledge will out fish fancy gadgets evey time!
Well that just you I've had a great year fishing lakes
Maybe you have asked this ? bout 25 years to early
Water clarity is your #1 priority
You need to have the knowledge of being able to tell good looking structure from productive structure. That will depend on what type of lake or river you are fishing.
well glad you'r not a BLOW HARD
All u need to know is where that 10% is at. then apply the correct depth and speed of your lure and walla u catch fish
You know 10% of the lake holds 90% of the fish
If you'r speaking of a 1-2 acre pond i can't help you.But lake murray is right there at you
Sounds as if you are quoting the “THE MASTER BUCK PERRY” ... I have his instructions book... So r u a spoonplugger Or like many i know that has the material ,and really do nothing with it?
