We were trying to go fishing at Lake Verret Saturday, but it looks like the winds will be too much for boat fishing trip. I have friends in from Oklahoma and REALLY WANT TO TAKE THEM FISHING!!! Hello again! I will be bringing my cousin to, or somewhere close to Grand Isle, Louisiana in mid-February to have his first experience with fishing. He is 24 and currently lives in Seattle, Washington. Any advice for fishing or lodging, would be greatly appreciated! (Best time of day, best weather conditions, best fish to attempt to catch, best lures/bait, bank fishing vs. boat fishing etc.)
