Welcome to the group, from another Girl who loves fishing 🎣
I used to love fishing for rainbows when I lived in Colorado. Especially if I was somewhere similar to that. The term "therapy" describes it perfectly.
I have to fully agree with you there! The old saying "20 winks" is really about 5 it 6! Lol.
No prob. Thanks. Weird nothing is posted about it. I am hoping to take a trip over there with my sons soon. Good with the other regs, but would hate to get out there and get an unwanted surprise 😕
Ok, thanks. Do you know where I can get info on this annual class we have to take?
Hey, Thanks for posting this about the new rules. I had no idea. I've been trying to find something on the FWC web site about the annual class, but can't find anything. Do you know how to find it? Thanks to anyone who can help.
I haven't done much salt water fishing lately, but I went a couple of weeks ago, and caught some nice cats and a stingray from the shore in Oldsmar using shrimp.

No problem at all. Going fishing is ALWAYS a great reason. Thanks for the info. Hope you caught a load!!! 🎣

The best place is Camp Max on Kissimmee Lake they are hot right now slab sizes are being caught, I use a 1/8th red and white jig with 6lb. test line on a 12' pole. Hope this helps send pictures of your catch.
Hi, Is that the Camp Mack Lodge Guy Harvey place?
Watching... I wouldn't mind getting some Crappie or Cats in the area also. Shore fishing though. No watercraft here.
Awesome! Hope ya catch a bunch. BTW... Do you know when the Safety Harbor pier will own back up?
Disclaimer: I am just getting back into fishing. I had to stop for a long time due to illness, so although I have caught a lot of fish in each of these places, I haven't been to any of them in a while. Here ya go...
I always see people fishing on the Courtney. I've caught fish at the Safety Harbour pier, but when I passed there today, the marina was closed and the whole thing was blocked off. I don't know how long that is going to be for. Another nod to the Skyway pier. Always something biting there. South of Clearwater Beach over the little bridge is Sand Key. If you make a left, right across the street from the entrance to Sand Key beach, there is a fishing area under the bridge. Hope this helps. Tight lines.
Hi SueZQr6, there should be some really good fishing in Port St. Lucie, as it's really close to the ocean. Check out pslanglers.com, that might be a good reference. Tight lines!
