Is kayah as much fun as it looks- can a 72 year old kayah fish- would love to try

I'm 78 and can't wait for a little cooler weather so I can go out my first time. You had another post that said "life is too short, don't waste any."

Hi there txfishboy, I also just got into kayak fishing. Even have a brand-new Seaspray 120PD that's never been in the water yet. Wife doesn't want me to go alone (Good safety rule - never kayak solo), so I'm always looking for someone to hook up with. I'm retired so can go just about anytime. Give me a shout if you might be interested. My email is tx380514@yahoo.com.

Woody from Texas- love fresh/saltwater fishing

Woody, perhaps we can hook up and wet a line or two. Been looking for places a round Sargent where I can kayak fish. What type of fishing do you normally do? I'm retired so available almost any time. Wife just doesn't want me to kayak by myself. Give me a shout at tx380514@yahoo.com.
Robert.

Welcome David, I hope you will enjoy your retirement as much as I am. Don't have to get up early, just keep the wife happy, and do all the fishing I can. You'll find a lot of great people here on the forum. Be safe, keep your line tight and God bless.

Fished it a couple of times, but no results. Didn't have a boat at the time so my wife and I had to just pier fish. I now have purchased a kayak, o when weather warms up a bit, I will be out there as much as I can.

We are not that far from each other, I live just northeast of La Grange. Do you prefer salt water or fresh water. I'm always ready to go fishing. Maybe we can hook up and wet a hook. My e-mail is tx380514@yahoo.com.

Welcome aboard Dragonfish49, you'll find lot's of great people here and should have not problem finding someone to go fishing with. Let me ask; do you fish more salt water of fresh water. I'm just getting started into kayak fishing and have a few people that have offered to connect and go. Just waiting on some more accessories and a little bit warmer weather. Of course we can"t complain about the weather we are having now. Keep fishing, keep your line tight and God bless.

Does anyone fish (kayak) Moses Lake? If you do, where do you launch from? See lots of YouTube videos showing some good fish being caught around the locks. Tried to search on Google Earth but can't really see a god site to launch from?
Merry Christmas to one and all, be safe have a wonderful holiday.
