I love to fish those lakes myself. But I need to trave 1,500 miles to do so. The guys at the Sportsmans Cove Tackle store in Webster are usually good about recommendations about where to fish. Be up front with them and tell them how far you are traveling to fish in their area. They can also recommend places to stay, places to eat and what type bait the fish are biting on. Remember it's August and fishing can be slow due to the warm water temps.

This may be a duplicate message; I can't remember if I hit the send button. George2, could please describe your Walleye lure in more detail, I would like to try and duplicate it.
