ANYONE HAVE GOOD REVIEWS ON FISHING IN SOUTH EAST PART OF S.D. ?
I live in Sioux Falls . I have had good luck at lake vermillion and brant lake . Also Sioux river usually is decent.

Del1978 I am going to Waubay area but want to fish many different lakes. Do you have much knowledge or tips on where to explore the last week of July on those lakes in that NE part of South Dakota?
Thanks--when it gets real hot like this--what are some techniques fr Walleye that work late in July ?

I love to fish those lakes myself. But I need to trave 1,500 miles to do so. The guys at the Sportsmans Cove Tackle store in Webster are usually good about recommendations about where to fish. Be up front with them and tell them how far you are traveling to fish in their area. They can also recommend places to stay, places to eat and what type bait the fish are biting on. Remember it's August and fishing can be slow due to the warm water temps.
