Salt and pepper.
Grill meat side down for 2 minutes.
Flip over and cook no more than 8 minutes. At 6 minutes put some butter with a little lemon on it.
Last 8 minutes set heat at 375.
This is australian rule, cook no more than 10 minutes.
Make sure grill top is clean and oiled. Enjoy.

Just had L5/S1 surgery on 5-10-21. Major surgery. Normal for Ins to want the pt. I’m still in pain but getting better with pt.
They actually went in the front 1st and put a spacer in my spine. Then in my back to install the hardware. Looks like a preying mantis. Not a walk in the park. I’m 72 and have a suspect hip too. But there really isn’t a choice.
