We have tidal waters here in Washington DC.
We set up for catfishing then we break out the snacks and wait.
The bite turns on really well for 45 minutes, then dies down. At that point we pack it in and go home. We've patterned the bite that well.

My uncle used to sell and delivered eggs from their station wagon.
