Looks like my dads old Shakespeare from the late 1940’s. It was on a steel casting rod. No longer have it, but I do have 4 of the first Mitchel/Garcia open face spinning reels in the US. I bought them in the 1050’s. Models 304,300,330 & 440. The 330 had a pressure activated automatic bail. Still have them & they all still work😊
