Not much shore fishing is available except in the State Park. I am sure there must be other places but I am not aware of any. You can rent a boat, there are several places.

Here are some fish my wife and I caught while fishing in Lake Hopatcong N.J. All were caught on artificial bait and released unharmed. Some of the pictures may be a few years old, but the memories are current!
