I took Mike and Evet Fly-fishing they never have used a fly-rod before and and the end of the chilly day they each caught and released over 10 trout. The weather was cold it was 33° most of the time. There was some tangle up some have to redo and rerig but that happens. It was was fun . I added two funnies at the end enjoy the trout and laugh a bit.

To everyone you are welcome. I love to post pics of the fish I caught and released but I can only do 10 and 1 at a time.

Let's see whose up at 5:50 am EST. Rolled out of bed way too early today. Get up knuckleheads. Rainy here today. High in the mid 50s. You too T.

They say finding a good woman is like going fishing. There a lot of fish in the sea but sometimes you are left holding your rod.

Will probably help my friend Bear move some stuff today. He's hoping to move into his apartment by Feb 8. One day closer to spring and crappie fishing. Life goes on. One month down in 2021.

I'm up 6:28 central been up since 5:30 Good Morning

Protecting an 'ethic' that a trout fisherman/fisherwoman would rather not reveal a specific location where 63 rainbows can be caught (and released) in a day, I heard from a regular fly-fisherman with high tenure in the catch and release water below Tablerock Dam that on a good day, some 20-25 anglers can usually take a total of 100-150 trout (total of rainbows and browns). . .since the "teacher's" tag is Rockaway Beach (lower Lake Taneycomo, I'm just assuming he is fishing in this great lake), after 61 years (that is also an exact number) of fishing nearly everywhere by every method there, I have not yet found such success! (Nowadays in retirement I usually pick out my limit of four to clean and take home before I even get to 10)

I fish in the Trophy waters over by the fish hatchery in Branson. I've been fishing there for a long time. I have made flys specific to catch trout there and I do have a lot of 50 and 60 trout days I even had a 96 day but I wasn't taken pictures then so it was faster.

I fish in this location alot I can only catch a large number when there is only one or two people around. I take pictures of every fish I catch and that slows me down. My record there without pics is 96. Yesterday the 28th I caught and released 50 . Now the reason I catch so many the trout like to come up to where the water is coming out of the hatchery.

When I had to have a license I kept in wallet and a pic on phone. But now I don't have to have a license or trout stamp here in Missouri because I'm 100 percent disabled Veteran. I just show my disabled paper on my phone.

If you are below Table Rock Dam you are fishing Lake Taneycomo. Great Place to fish. I fished it 35 yrs ago. From the pic of the regulations you posted. Limit of fish has changed from 4 to 6. Also a length limit on browns.
We would put in at the boat ramp in Branson, MO and fish below there. A lot fewer fisherman and fishing was as good.
Can you still use corn for bait? That was a good way to get a limit. We fished mostly with 1/16 oz jigs. Orange marabou was my favorite. Had lots of good times there.

Beautiful pics again teach. How many generators do they have coming through Tablerock dam?
Bull has 8 and if they open them full it's 9 million gallons per minute going past me.
This is a pic of Bull Shoals dam in March 2019.
