I went down to the Hoodsport Hatchery yesterday, a few anglers out in front, but there wasn't anything coming in. Perhaps in another week or so. If you decide to go, pick a time close to high tide (an Hour before, and after)
I will do some checking around here. I do know that when the chum and silvers run, the Hood canal hatchery has a platform that is reserved for disabled, it is right in Hoodsport.
