Any action for Salmon
Hey Terry, it's too early for the Fall Chinook runs to be showing up (usually mid July they start to show). I haven't checked for a few years, but if they still release Spring Chinook from Minter Creek hatchery, they pass through in May and June. Primary spots are the West shore of the Narrows and around the corner to Wollochet Bay. Then Green Point, just at the edge of Carr inlet, they seem to hold in about 80 ft of water, and near the bottom. Most of the action in area 13 is currently on Lingcod. 1 or two Lingcod for every dozen boats. It's beautiful on the water right now, just not good "catching".
Wave when you go by Chambers Creek.
