Maybe a dumb question but i read a lot of posts about throwing a can of corn out then fishing. My question is how do you get the metal cans of corn out of the water or do you just leave them in the water?

For those of us non military, can you explain the list of names and numbers? Service years? I have never served but have a place in my heart for everyone that has. I don't take the service or ultimate sacrifices lightly. Thank you all.

The number with the names is the year or years they served. Thanks for your support

NO HURRY is a great name for a CLASSIC GLASS 1968 Larson. I have spare 55 HP Bearcat 4 cycle and 6hp Kicker with electric trolling for emergency. It needs the brand new top installed and Fish Finder screwed down to the dash. Thank You everyone who helped with Boat Names. Egghead helped with Navionics etc. Thank You Fishingstage Family. No Hurry will be here in Oregon. Let me know if any of you are ever here and want to go fishing. I really need to get it out and fishing at this point. I will add some pictures to this post.

Where about in Oregon are you located and what do you prefer to fish for?We might be able to plan a fishing trip if you would like. I’m up in the northwest corner of the state.

Is this a good stringer. Are their better ones. What do you use. Will it hold a very big fish. Got any pictures of fish on a stringer. Any other ways of keeping fish. Unscramble this and catch something on it. NIRSEPN.

That was the type of stringer my dad always used for trout and we never had any problems with it. We had two and connected them together and moved all the clips to one end so we had a longer chain to tie off.

I'm going out to catch some food, tomorrow but I'll throw back all the "babies" in your honor, and so they can grow up to be caught again! It's called fishing! FYI I have never fished for or caught a sturgeon. But I did my best trying to avoid getting killed by them while fishing in the Suwanee River. I witnessed 6 to 8 footers jumping out of the water. Look it up....people have been killed by them. Knocked unconscious from their boats. Or just killed outright. fwiw.

They definitely go airborn they are an amazing fish

Fellow Oregonian here.... not real happy seeing the sturgeon (that CANNOT BE KEPT at all) being held like that, since regulations state "must be released unharmed". Sturgeon fishing in Oregon these days, is merely satisfying your "man over nature" stance, since none can be harvested.
Happy you had a "fantastic day"..... quite SAD that it was at the expense of HARASSMENT OF BABIES.

All fish were released promptly after every picture was taken and sturgeon WAS open for retention for two day’s on the lower Willamette River.

I just use them for bait. They are fun to catch and the boys love to reel them in!
