I have a friend that swears by rubber/plastic baits,,I have never had much if any luck with them,, Do the sprays really work, and do you have a go too to use.. for panfishing,,

i have to admit, i was thinking... robbing a river bank or lake bank..lol

It s a little raining and 12 mph winds today,,, may have to hit the water for some afternoon eyes.. if the wind does not pick up,,, Indian lake in Manistique MIchigan..{The UP} is capable of easily home to a million eyes. nice for an 8,000+ acre lake with a max depth of 16 feet... water temp been 68-70 degrees at the surface... i find a crawler harness with a stinger hook on big crawlers with a nice long tail works well drifting this time of year.

thank for the tips and little late on the reply..{been fishing}... its paid off as have done well... ive had better luck with the live baits, any tips on the plastics,, do the scent sprays work or is that just snake oil??

New a to this site and looking for suggestions..IM in the UP Michigan..and on some of the inland lakes the ice and snow has recently left (not a fish story) so the water is pretty cool yet..and tips on the early bite for gills and crappies?
