I don't know where I would charge it Canada or even if I could get an electric truck to tow it there. We have a very long ways to go!

Yes, Costa Rica is a small beautiful country perfect for relax/retiring/fishing... If you're serious about moving down there either temporarily or permanently, talk to Michael Rivera who has been there almost 20 years and knows the country inside out, pros and cons...
Am sure he could help you out. He is at: michaelrivera@gmail.com . Hope this could be of help. Good lucks!

Just wondering if the "mussel law" is applicable to row fishing kayaks (non-motored) that are not required to be registered by/with the DMV. Trying to avoid as much bureaucratic red tape hassles where possible. Appreciate any relevant info. on this subject!
Simple..! Just bring 1/2 lemon with you when going fishing, and use it, wiping it over your hands after touching any 'stink baits' and you would feel like new when getting home without hassles, and cheap too! :)
:) hehehe..., Does that mean the Banana Republic country never has any lucks in anything?
different folks, different strokes...! Right?
Candybar: Are you sure on Pier fishing fees? It sounded like a 'fake news' since all public piers are free for fishing - except parking - in CA, right?
Doing your fishing things in safe mode always. Everything else is secondary ! :)
wondering where the best Kayak launching location at Perris lake, Could you give a hint? Thanks!
Is that why it was said once upon a time: "fishing is like freedom, democracy and sex...; when it's good, it's great... and when it's bad, it's still good!" Can't go wrong with it can we?
Amen to that! Am with you!
Pondering about eating fish, including bass? Think about this:
Native Americans (Indian folks) as well as billions of people around the globe have been eating fishes, including bass where they can be found, for millions of years before the USA even became a country here. They are just fine! Of course, man-made pollutions are causing red-flag alarms reminding us to pay attention to all that we eat, including vegetables, fishes, etc... depending the local environments where you happen to be. In general, I think fish is still a good natural source of food, definitely better than thousands of processed foods that can be found in local grocery stores nowadays. Right?
For shore, dock, bank and kayak fishing, you could find "not-gold-plated" under $100 fishing finder units such as: Deep Start, IBobber. online They are light, easy-use and versatile though there are weaknesses on them as you would find in the customers' reviews. Am also searching for an economy-budgeted but more reliable than those mentioned. Pls. let me know if you folks find a suitable and reliable one. :)
