I'll more than likely get bad comments on this; however if I had just two days to fish I would fish from shore on day one and if you are going to keep catch I would catch a ride on a boat going to gulf coast. Trigger fish are biting that time of year and are fantastic eating. Just make sure you let them clean them for you. If you haven't cleaned fish a lot they have very tough skin.
