Hi
I just found this website and I am excited to see all the current posts
I’m currently a Pennsylvanian but fish fresh water there and salt water in Jersey and the Chesapeake bay.
Always looking for good advice since I’ve learned over the years that the sport is called “fishing” and not
“Catching” for a reason. Looking forward to being a part of the system here.
Thank you

Welcome! I'm fairly new myself. Love reading these posts. So many knowledgable people out there. I saw you mentioned NJ for your salt water fishing. Me too, although I have a multitude of medical issues to deal with which unfortunately doesn't allow me to get out there as often as I would like. I don't do any fresh water fishing. I generally either fish out of Belmar, NJ on the Big Mohawk, or sometimes on the various boats out of Brielle, NJ. If you happen to fish these areas and see a 6 ft 9" guy that's wearing a green baseball cap, come over and say hello. Best of luck. If we're ever on the same party boat, hope you catch the "second" biggest fish! (LOL)

Big Mohawk is moored at Belmar Marina about half a mile from my home! But most of my fishing is from the sand, bulkheads, piers and jetties. Boats are cheating!
Wow! Now you really got me super curious. What do you mean by the boats "cheating"?
