Can’t seem to find any flounder in the Indian river. Any suggestions?
No suggestions. I'm in Palm City wondering the same thing.
I always bring a couple of boneless chicken dinners ( otherwise known as boiled eggs
OK, I hate to do this but its been years and I can't take the secret to my grave. Most people believe that bluefish is an oily heavy fish thats good for being put in the garden soil. Howevvvver, if when you catch the blue, you put your pole down, and fillet that fish right away and put it into a baggie and then place it on ice...........You will never throw that fish back. I've actually told people that it was stripped bass because I knew they wouldn't eat bluefish. They never knew the difference. Fish fillet into tinfoil with butter and onion. No skin, no bones. Best fish to eat.
Without taking to the internet or googling, I'd say sea Robin also. Would have to see another different photo at a different angle to change my mind.

Thanks for the tip I am docked at the manatee pocket not sure how long of a run that would be can anybody help me out as to the distance I am guessing 35 to 40 miles by water
If your out of Manatee Pocket your 5-10 minutes from the inlet. Exit the inlet and head south for about 1-2 miles. You will see a flotilla of boats drifting over a old wreck that holds all the mentioned fish above. Sabiki rigs will work. It gets mobbed there during the weekend ( 50 or so boats ). Not so bad during the week ( maybe 10 ). Also, when leaving the pocket on the weekends you should encounter a boat selling live bait right after the boat ramps in the park ( on your left when exiting ).
I'm moving to Jupiter. Fishing looks hot.
Wait a minute. You're from Jersey!

What is the name of this bait fish. Do you have them in your area. Most states stocks them for forage. What are some good ways to catch some for bait. Unscramble this and it’s a good thing to start a kid hunting for. RQEURSIL.
Shinner in jersey. Good for blues in the back bays
Try looking at Bull's Bay boats. Brand new 23' with a 200 Susuki will set you back about $50,000. Thats a boat with no equipment. No trailer. 17' with a 150 would set you back $44,000. As always, you are lucky to get what you pay for, but buying new means your not paying for someone else's headache.
Well, in Jersey we just put them on the grill with everything else. I like em with BBQ sauce.
