I back pack to fishing spots often and one of the simple things I carry is a can of cold ravioli or chips. What things do you guys like to carry?

What is Fluffernutter?

I have taken left over pizza. Subway Sandwiches are handy on a boat. Jerky. Smoked Salmon. Beer is FOOD too. Cheese is always good with Canned Sardines. Smoked Oysters. The Sardine can and Oyster can have good scent to add to worms as bait scent too.

Yes it does, a throwback to my childhood. A warning though, in the heat of summer, keep them cool. They're messy enough at room temperature, at 90°+ they are soupy, but still delicious.

I make my own jerky, so I bring that. Also shelled pecans, and cashews. And I bring a 5 - Hour energy shot. I usually split it into 2 smaller shots. If I’m gonna be on the water for 8 hours, I need all the help my 65 year old body/ mind can get!...My 2cents.

For quick and easy, I carry a case of granola bars and a bag of mixed nuts, dried fruit and chocolate bits. Since I have access to a kitchen at the fishing club on the beach, I usually have some canned soup, spaghetti and sauce and canned pork and beans.

I second the sardine idea, plus, after you're done, you can dip your lures in the leftover liquid for attractant.
