Generally long line when trolling, 6’-8’ deep.
Haven’t experimented with small weights on line.
Have you, what type?

Anyone else have good luck with Flicker Shad
Got introduced in the Flickershad two yrs.ago.
A big producing bait.
I put the old favorite Shad rap back on, not as good.
A tighter action on Flickershad?
96 hete today, I fish a small lake, water temps in mid 80’s, and I’ll be throwing and trolling Flickershad.
I use the purple Flickershad.

I fish stickups and pole timber.
Your on the right track with the baits your using.
Purple works best for me at night.
Use black light.

Fishing for Bass in Hot Water. 88 plus degrees
Keep these reports coming in.
I fish a small 880 acre Fellows Lake, MO
Lake was 92 yesterday.
Only fished an hour at dusk, shallow nothing.
Going to try some verticals, jigging this evening.

Fishing Stockton lake, Missouri
Welcome. Stockton is a Great Lake.
I have had best luck on the upper Sac.
Starting at Greenfield and moving up to Twin Bridges.

Bass off the beds.
Transitioning to deeper water.
I hang up my musky rod now, as water gets too warm for catch n release.
Crappie on brush piles on small jigs, red working for me.

Welcome!
I live in Spfld, got my boat on Fellows Lake.
Since pandemic it seems everyone is on the water.
Kayaks, and so many boats make it hard, lake is just pounded for fish.
Trying to get a slip at State Park, Stockton.

No, but fishing Stockton.
I’ve found with this rain, lake up,
I back off, fish the old shoreline.
