We freeze the ones ( fillets) that aren't cooked fresh in ziplock bags covered in water, keeps them fresh

I went with my brother and our friend last night below the damn at Lake Houston. We had a blast and caught a few, a couple of nice ones 14 1/2, and 16 pounders
