I went with my brother and our friend last night below the damn at Lake Houston. We had a blast and caught a few, a couple of nice ones 14 1/2, and 16 pounders

That is a lot of fish. Do you have a big fish fry, or do cats freeze well and make as wanted meals a reality? I have never had the opportunity to freeze cats. I have a catfish specific trip on the hook for next June on the Snake river in Washington (channel cats)

We freeze the ones ( fillets) that aren't cooked fresh in ziplock bags covered in water, keeps them fresh

I'm with you there Stephen, we went last night rod and reel fishing 🎣 and caught 14 it is a honey 🍯 hole
