Eels and circle hooks . Sunrise and sunset and after dark are best. Fall is just about here. Maybe watch for local fleet boats going to block island and Montauk for slobs. Had a epic night last fall caught 14 Keepers in 45 minutes and used 2 dozen eels. Had 3 of us with keepers on at same time was a blast and a great laugh .
