Get a small boat :)... but seriously, there's gotta be a website where you can find something.
I hope you find something so you can get back in there and catch some...
Google it . . . It's always saved my ass when I screw mine up somehow...
He should've been warned any freshwater pond or river in florida is gator turf . . . You don't want to be too careless . . . they will come at ya' alright.
A good soldier learns it is best to admit nothing and deny everything . . . LOL
You just made my day,Bud . . . I laughed my ass off . . .
Mornin' to you too . . . Shore fishing here in Tampa, florida has been the pitts lately. I can't figure out what's goin' on lately. I prefer hitting the bridges and piers on weekdays 'cause most people are at work, but I went fishing early with incoming tides on Thursday and Friday and getting skunked cannot describe both days. I would go to three different areas here in Tampa and NOBODY was getting any hits. One guy caught a nasty ol' saltwater cat,but that was it.
Oh well . . . I'll give it a go this next week again n'see . . .
Happy fishin' and keep them lines tight.
My go to for everything is the uni-knot, double uni or cinch knots. Never fails me, whichever I use'em.
Good to know info. I just recently took one of my reels apart to totally clean it and re-lubricate it and after all was said and done,lo and behold... no anti-reverse =). Now that I saw your video I'm going to get on it and get going right. Thanks for the video and happy fishing.
The problem is you almost can't avoid it, because catfish inhale the hook and bait rather than just bite and run, even the circle hooks. With circle hooks it happens less though...
HAAA HA HA HA . . . Good one . . . =)
Log into tides4fishing _________ <name of area) and you get a bunch of info on times,tides,etc... It works pretty good for me.
Happy Fishin'...
Best fish to eat in Florida. My ol'lady was weary of eating some I caught...she tasted a little piece and decided she loved it. Now she always asks me when am I going fishing for Sheephead again. LOL
I suggest you cut it with a small rotary tool about 3/8ths of an inch from where it broke off at, then replace the guide with some epoxy. The reason for cutting it off some more is from continuing down to avoid the crack from continuing down the shaft.
