I wanted to touch bases with you again. We( my husband ) and I lost our beloved Halle, a beautiful Shetland Sheep dog of 14 years. To say that I miss her is an understatement, but unfortunately she was a dog and as we all know, they have such short life spans. So it is okay to grieve. You owe her that much..Hope I got everything right. I am a recovering stroke victim. Still, I am Blessed. One of my best friends passed away on yesterday; never recovered from a stroke. Ain't God Good? Again merry Xmas
Life has a way of knocking us down sometimes. And nothing does it better than losing some one or something we love. I have learned that we must believe in something that is greater than our selves. And for me that is our Savior, Jesus Christ. I know some of us don't believe and I don't want to offend anyone, but this has worked for me many times. We fall down, but we just get right up again and keep on trying.May The Good Lord continue to keep and bless you..Merry Xmas
You might be a big guy, but those fish look mighty big. You did a great job. If I ever caught one that big, husband, Charles would have to help me to walk him out of drag him out. Ha! Ha!
You got that right. I thought that insurance was supposed to protect you, but instead, it is a rip off. Hope you get better luck.
.
Freedom is not "free". Someone has to fight for it. I am thankful for those so bravely stepped up and answered the call. May God continue to Bless all of you.
This was simply beautiful .. Thanks.
I fish from the bank and I find it best to go at different times of the day and don't be in a hurry until I find where they are. Then, I go back. Sometimes I am in luck. Sometimes I am not. That's one of the fun things about fishing.
Just left Lake Demopolis, had no luck. Snake finally surfaced. Picked up and left. Snakes are much better fisherman than me. Will go another day...
You're good. Keep passing it on. Some of us haven't learned that is one of the ways we get our Blessings. Keep on keeping on.
You are one lucky/Blessed fisherman to live so close the Resovoir. I live in Ala. But I visit the Resovoir as often as I can.
Thanks for sharing. I like to fish the Ms. Resovoir, but
..I try to stay away from the elbow to elbow fisherman. You never know who you are that close to.
Can you tell me something about the crappie Run down there? I want to know if it is going on or has it past? I enjoy all the excitement going on at the Resovoir during this time
I would like to know if the crappie Run has begun in progress or is over at the Ross Barnett Resovoir?
I agree. Every day is a Blessing from God. And it represents another opportunity to do good and speak good. May God give us the courage and strength to practice what we preach
