I thought I was getting a deal $1000 for a 21 ft hard top cuddy. First time out after carful inspection bilge Pump was full of bee hives And we were over heating. We poked out the bilge line with the tip of a fishing pole and once we saw the bilge pump was working we said let’s go fishing. Well brought her home after the first trip and inspected the underside and the whole bottom of the boat was like a piece of paper 3/8s of fiber glass no support. All the wood structure was rotted and gone. Someone left the plug in and it went through several winters full of water. I put the respirator on and took a grinder with a cut weel and cut everything out and reframed and fiberglass wrapped everything. A total re fit. Still fishing 14 years with her and counting. Done many other boats from row boats to this!!

Well, got out to Tomalas Bay and Brad realized he left the bait at his house.
Found a parkin space for the boat and unhooked the it and I stayed there while he drove back to get the bait.
An hour later he gets back and hook up and launch. Unbelievable we were able to get the same parkin spot we just left.
It was a zoo out there. Couldn't count all the boats and yaks. AND they all kept drivin around lookin for a parkin spot while I was waitin for Brad to get back.
Everybody had already launched and we were by ourselves for a few min. when we launched and got right back in the parkin spot we left.
Couldn't find any baitfish so it's a good thing he went back for the bait. PLUS, if we had launched right when we got there we wouldn't have had that parkin spot and would have had to park WAY down the Hwy.
Guess God was lookin out for us after all.
Too bad we only caught 1 little 17 inch Halibut and had to release it.
Was a beautiful day though and I'm thankful for all the blessings we had today.
Sorry, no pic of the little Butt.

Posted last week I was going and hopefully I’d have some pics. Friend I was going with texted me he wasn’t going to make it so I didn’t go,can’t do it alone. Was out and 5 this morning with my brother in-law. Slow but we managed 3 king salmon and 4 steel heads. Even had 2 go at the same time. Here’s a couple of pics.
