Well, got out to Tomalas Bay and Brad realized he left the bait at his house.
Found a parkin space for the boat and unhooked the it and I stayed there while he drove back to get the bait.
An hour later he gets back and hook up and launch. Unbelievable we were able to get the same parkin spot we just left.
It was a zoo out there. Couldn't count all the boats and yaks. AND they all kept drivin around lookin for a parkin spot while I was waitin for Brad to get back.
Everybody had already launched and we were by ourselves for a few min. when we launched and got right back in the parkin spot we left.
Couldn't find any baitfish so it's a good thing he went back for the bait. PLUS, if we had launched right when we got there we wouldn't have had that parkin spot and would have had to park WAY down the Hwy.
Guess God was lookin out for us after all.
Too bad we only caught 1 little 17 inch Halibut and had to release it.
Was a beautiful day though and I'm thankful for all the blessings we had today.
Sorry, no pic of the little Butt.

It's good to know that you are indeed human Saw. Even you have a day with no fish. There's hope for us yet.

Franks Hot sauce or Tapatio sauce usually works. OR you can use the old standby Tabasco sauce.

Not a big fan of Tabasco - too vinegary for my taste ! My go-to
hot sauce is Cholula - it's also a little hotter than the others mentioned
according to the Scoville Scale for
peppers and sauces ! Love the heat, but not the extreme heat like ghost peppers - those buggers are
dangerous !

If I get the chance. Usually like to river fish. Then when the kids get up there we're usually off doin other stuff so I don't get the chance again.
Proof that you are human and not the ultimate fishing cyborg I suspected you of being. Lol😂😂😂 Glad you guys made the best of it and I bet the Strippers and the Bass where happy to get a brake from your usual slaying!
