If the handle is that long, four hands, then you have surf casting rods!
Mostly to provide the ability to make longer, two handed, casts.
Without knowing exactly where you dropped them, it is highly unlikely that you will ever find them.
Take most if not all of that stuff back to where ever you got it. Then talk to some local bait shop people about what you have for stripers in your local area.
I have 34 including fresh and saltwater outfits.
Say what you will, but cheap is still cheap. One will not know the difference between cheap and well made, functional sun glasses until they use the good ones for a good while.
[quote=FS Digest]I recently bought the striker with clearvu. I think it's worth it just for the other features on it like the mapping. It's plays hand in hand with the clearvu. If I see something I like on the clearvu, I can drop a way point on it for future reference. Having the split screen option helps you decipher whats below you too. You u can put the traditional and clearvu screen together and compare from each.

How do u set the unit to display the traditional screen ad clear view screen as a split screen? My 5/7 unit offers an option for a split 77 as 200 MHz split screen but not what you seem to be able to set up?
How do you set up the split screen for traditional and clearly? I gets split screen option but only for split MHz screen views?
Fishing off of Back River (Bluefish Rock) is not any better. No flounder but lots of sharks..
No different than along the coast, just using heavy weights to get down deep and hold bottom. Sometimes we are in 90 or more feet deep. Use much larger bait strips as the flounder in deep ocean areas are usually much bigger.
Buy a softside bag and use compartalized plastic trays for whatever you need. My soft bags came from BassPro and hold three large trays each.
I have three pairs of Costas, blue for offshore, amber for shallow water and grey/green for everyday use. Like all three even if they are expensive-- no eye strain whatsoever.
Those are fresh water lures, but, will work for speckled trout in shallow saltwater.
