I haven’t been around the stage much, but I’m still alive and kicking. The first picture is from a trip with a buddy Friday before last. I only took a picture of the prettiest one we caught. We both got limits and let a few go. It was a beautiful day with delightful weather. The next day I went south by myself. I only caught the one rainbow, but had a great trip. I love living here in Utah. There are so many beautiful places to go.
We got that puppy Memorial Day weekend. She’s keeping us busy but is a lot of fun. One of my sons and I are talking about going camping this weekend. I hope to have more pictures to share. I’m not great about remembering to take pictures but every now and then I do.

Well guys, Ben and I got to the Pet bout 0700. Got out to the fishin grounds bout 0715. I caught a little dink bout 0750 castin. Then we started trollin. We caught 2 more trollin within 5 min so we had 3 and we had only been fishin 10 or 15 min.
None were keepers but that was a start.
I have to say right now that last night George predicted that we would catch 34 fish today. I told him that might be true cause we were only gonna fish till bout noon or so.
We continued to put fish in the boat bout every 8 min for the first couple hours, then it slowed down a little to where it was every 10 to 15 min a fish.
At bout 10am we had 20 or so fish with a 20+ and a 21 incher in the live well.
At 1153 we had 33 fish and I told Ben we better hurry up if we're gonna make it to 34 fish by noon.
Right as I said that I hooked up. We landed a short and continued on. As soon as I got my line out I caught another fish. Now it's 12 noon and we have landed 35 fish. However, we still only have 2 in the LW.
We troll on down a ways and no more hits it's bout 1230. So we turn around and start back up river. 10 min later Ben hooks a nice one so I start reelin mine in and then BAM, I get one on. So we have a double on.
Ben gets his in and it's the biggest fish of the day bout 23+ inches. Then I land mine and it's 22+ inches. Both over 3 pounds. So that's out limit and it's 1245.
We head back to the dock and we're out of the water by 1pm. We landed 38 fish today in 5 1/2 hours.

Went to Youghegeny river in S W pa to do some trout fishing this is a tail water that runs cold all season,it was recently stocked and some friends went and had good success, however both buddy’s fell in even before starting to fish , they warned me about carrying my phone as not to ruin it if I fell in , I took there advice left the phone in the truck fished for awhile and pulled in a nice fat 14-15 inch rainbow, I like to take pictures but couldn’t,a little later I hooked a fatty that took me to my backing, 5-6-7 minutes later I had a 22-23 inch rainbow in the net and no phone to take pictures I was bummed,I was thinking boy them guys must be uncoordinated or something I’ve been in faster slipperier water what’s the big deal, Done for the day started out of the river and it happened,down I went over my head looking for my flyrod panicking and GLAD I DIDNT TAKE THE PHONE at least it was refreshing 😂😂😂
