I lost all interest in Nascar when the "powers that be" decided to stop racing STOCK CARS. I admit that the cars were modified for racing but the cars started out STOCK. Lost interest in most racing when the big corporations took over with their big check books. BTW, I grew up 3 blocks from Indianapolis Motor Speedway, which incidentally, is NOT in Indianapolis.

I used to fish in that area when I was a kid and visited relatives in the area. We used to fish Rock River from a railroad bridge downstream from a dam. Caught many catfish and a few carp, kept the catfish and gave the carp to whoever wanted them. I think the city was Milan. The relatives are all gone now but (if its still there), I could probably go right to the same spot. Last time that I was there was over 50 years ago.

I haven't fished locally for a couple years but in the past I have done pretty well with blue gills on Union Lake. I have caught both on Kent Lake in Kensington Park but they had a pollution problem and "Do Not Eat" signs. I also heard that the pike have destroyed most of the good fishing.
I now go to Lake Erie for Walleye and Perch, long drive but I enjoy the fishing.

You can charge both batteries at the same time with standard 12 v charger. I have automatic charger that keeps both of my batteries charged all winter, works great for me.

It won't hurt to add some carb/fuel injector cleaner to the gas, if there is any "scum" developing this should help clean it up. Good luck and tight lines.

Fished the Rock River many times when I was a kid, I haven't been in the area for many years but still remember the fun. We caught mostly catfish. It was in the Quad City area, can't really say where but unless it has been changed I could probably drive to where we fished. Like I said, years ago, I couldn't drive then (not old enough), now I've been retired for eight years. Good luck and tight lines.

When my boat comes out of the water my batteries go home to my garage. I put them on 2 Amp charge for the entire winter. My charger turns to "maintain" when batteries are fully charged. When the boat goes back in,the batteries do too, the charger on the boat works like my home charger so I am set for the season. I carry a jumper unit on the boat in case I have a problem, haven't needed it yet but tows can be expensive.

Definitely a PITA as we get older but if there's a will, there's a way. Try things out regardless of how they look but make sure they're stable. I'm 73 and my boat is tied to a dock so I don't have much problem. Be careful and enjoy yourself.

I never take a fish home that I don't plan on eating and right now I have several nice bass filets in the freezer...keeping company with some walleye and lake perch. The goal is to run out when they start biting again. BTW, from SE Michigan and they all taste great.

Nothing on todays race cars are actually "stock", all custom made. I can remember when the cars were from a dealer and modified for racing...the way it should be.

The television stations and ever present comments will get more attention and $$$ than the total purse for the race. BTW, it's no longer "Stock Car Racing" but really "Kit Car Racing".

Simply put, the EV that I might be interested in has been around for years, it's called a GOLF CART!!! I'll pass on electric cars.

One other thing to consider, if using a bunk style the boat will be higher and probably will not fit inside a standard garage door opening, height wise. You may not want to put the boat inside your garage but if you do you may have a problem.

I worked on cars for over 50 years and changed/replaced thousands of wheels and tires. Have not torqued any of them and never had a comeback due to loose lug nuts. I don't torque them but always verify that they're tight with (old fashioned) 4 way lug wrench. Most of the people using torque wrenches wouldn't know the difference between 10 lbs of torque and 100 lbs, they just listen for the "click"...Yes. I know that its ft lbs, and I know what that means.

There are less expensive blood thinners. I have been on one for about 15 years and have had no further problems. Good luck.
