Great update...thanks for sharing the info. Good luck!
Hauser, Hayden, Coeur d’Alene, Silver, Twin, Kelso, Spirit. Lots of bass water nearby. Check with some of the local sporting goods stores and they should be able to help. Cabela’s in Post Falls or North 40 in Coeur d’Alene would be good places to ask for help.
Good advice above. If all else fails, power bait suspended above the weeds on the bottom or a wedding ring tipped with a night crawler works. Good luck!
Boat or shore? What type of fish?
Might also consider Lyons Ferry. There's Catfish where the Palouse flows into the Snake river and plenty of places to camp. Good Luck!
Slow troll Flicker Shad size 5 or 7. Might also try 2 or 3oz bottom bouncers with a slow death worm hook and a crawler. Sometimes a smiley blade above the hooks helps as an attractant. Let the wind push you or troll very slowly. Looks like the weather will be cooperative. Might also consider a crawler on the bottom for catfish or under a bobber for panfish. Good luck!
I hear they're picking some up at the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater. Based on dam counts, the fishing should be picking up week by week. Good Luck!
SeaHawks to win the division this year...maybe anyway...
Above the flashers. Connect the weight to the main line, add a 20-30 lb bumper about 2 or 2 1/2 feet long (allows the flasher to work better), the flasher, then the terminal tackle (bait). Good luck!

Does anyone fish this river? What species of fish does it contain?
Used to be an exceptionally good River for Brown and Rainbow trout. Good luck👍
The Coeur d'Alene and St Joe rivers in the Northern Panhandle are great rivers to visit and wet a fly or two...
Spokane river has smallmouth and is wadeable in spots.
Not really familiar with your area, but good advice would be to visit a specialized local sporting goods store (not necessarily a big box store) and seek their advice or advice from other local fishers who know your area. Good luck!
