Bunyun I would enjoy fishing with you! I live in Boulder and fish all over mostly from shore. Have tons of tackle and love to fish. I own a small alum. boat but dont take it out much, no Trailor, hard to load by myself
Do you troll for Walleye? Dan Myers
The bite hits around the 15th throw end of April. That's there spawn . I do pretty good the first of April threw about mid-June. I also catch a lot of Small and White Bass at same time. Mid June I start after those big Cats.
Keep it real ! Just go out and try your best , don't need to catch every fish out there. I like to just relax and hope for the bite. IF it comes great if not you are still outdoors, just enjoy .
The ponds at S W end have tons of yellow perch in them
You can also get some good fishing in at N inlet when running
Depends on what you want to catch. Cat fish south end of Dam. Smallies in and around Dam and boat docks N end. Walleye along the under water road bed. Trout by the inlet.
Thats when Cartoons were Fun and Funny. Thanks for the pic of Heckle and Jackle they were my favorites.....
Anyone remember Heckel and Jeckel the two Crows?
Everything I've caught below the Dam has been Walleye, Pearch, Catfish and Bass. Great trout below to Res.
Now that's one Beautiful Brown .
That is one beautiful BROWN Trout! I get a few that size in the Fall, you can tell he isn't a Fall Brown he's very thin. Still a beauty. Great catch.
PRAYERS on the way from all of us here
Don't have a clue what lake you are talking about? Please give an address of Reservoir so I can figure out the one you want info on...?????
I would say you will be in a good aera in Vail. You have a lot of small streams in the aera. You can also try the Colorado River it's not too far away. Dillon lake is just over the pass. Great streams and beaver ponds all over the west side. Try quarter ounce on river and lakes eight ounce. If not biting, try a worm or crawler. I like Panther Marten, yellow and black, or Red .and black, solid Black also do good. Hope this helps you catch some big ones.
Do you want to Lake or River fish?
