Ever notice how some of the people who do an original post never come back with a reply or acknowledgement of any kind? You think maybe that they are fake people and someone is just trying to get everybody to post some kind of response to their original post? What do y'all think?

I have noticed that also saw1. I have no idea why some won't engage in the conversations they start.

Welcome to You. If a suggestion doesn't work, try another. Do try and remember the ones that don't work though, as they will surely be Your solution on another day or in another area.? Change things up. Work the water's depths. Keep plugging away. You could even break the skunk with a worm, perhaps! ENJOY. Catch You later.

Welcome to the forum SeasideE. Nice to have you aboard. I'm sure you'll get multiple responses as there seem to be a lot of folks on here from your area. If not, try opening a new post and introduce yourself and put your location in your profile. It will work.

Last summer, I visited my son who lives in Florida. We hired a guide and went to the Keys to fish for tarpon. Everything was perfect and we fished 3 days without one strike. I think I caught one baby shark mostly by accident. The tarpon were there, I could see them in the gin clear water but guess romance was on their minds and not one fish would bite a pin fish, a crab, shrimp, or anything we tried! That is why it is called fishing and not "catching"!

Domt know if anyone did yet, so welcome to the forum Robert. Happy that you're here. When not traveling where do you fish? Maybe could post your location in your profile? Just so we know who to ask where to go.

If you're fishing you're doing one thing right. Keep casting and learning the fish will come.
