I see you guys went well into the night with this and now nothing has changed. Just saw on the tube a senate person being led away in cuffs for her stand on voters rights. She doesn't want to show proof of identity to vote.

We need to show proof in so many ways to get things of something or another. Where in the Hell is it against one's right to vote to show one's proof of who the hell they are?

I feel that if someone is collecting unemployment they should be out on the roads or in the parks cleaning up trash and even helping out with disasters instead of sitting and collecting.

They TRIED (Âżmaybe still do it?) $omething along those lines here, in Cuyahoga county, many years ago and called it "Workfare"... It wasn't tied to the "Unemployment Benefits"; rather to the "Welfare Benefits"... We used to see all kinds of groups of (Non-Uniformed) people with the "Day-Glo" vests on; walking along the edges of the roads and even the Interstates, with shoulder bags and "poke-sticks", picking up "litter" and calling in the County Kennel, if'n when they'd come across a dead critter... A friend of mine, worked for a season with the County Kennel doing just that... (His, was a payroll job, that included "gassing" stray animals that were unlicensed, unclaimed &/or "unadopted"; after "X-# of days" of living in a cage WITH food and water.) We used to call him: "Deputy Dog" .
His "conscience" wouldn't allow him to keep that job very long (maybe 1/2 year or so) 'cause he "couldn't see killing healthy animals" like that... Just because nobody "owned them"...

The sad thing is there are plenty of people that are truly disabled some through injuries others through a disability they were born with that need help that get minimal help while those who really shouldn't get it bleed the system dry.

It seems like, SOMEBODY ought to be taking a real hard look, at the whole system... I remember hearing stories of CHILDREN (supposedly afflicted with "Turrets Syndrome" and so on) were INDEED, somehow considered to be "eligible to draw" Social Security Disability payments... ÂżWhen did these CHILDREN ever pay into social security?

A disability for hearing loss is the most often approved disability through the VA. Teninitis goes with hearing loss. Any veteran can apply for medical benefits, or for service connected disability.
Go to any Service Officer, DAV, VFW, AMERICAN LEGION, VVA They will help you with all the paperwork. You earned it, use your benefits. Keep fishing. DEEJAY

You just have to prove/convince the VA that your hearing loss is service connected to receive any disability. Plus the max you can get is an additional 10% for tinnitus.

There’s a big difference between insurance from your job and tax paid disability. Not all companies offer that and the ones that do are, usually tax funded. Any local, state or federal agency is funded by local, state or federal tax payers.

Again… you ASS… SOOM…. It’s tax based. Do you ever check yourself B4 you wreck YOURSELF? So you are dreaming up that a Company… or a Government… job offers a Employee to pay out of their own PERSONAL POCKETS for an PRIVATE Insurance company to have insurance policy… but it’s firm tax dollars?

Your out in some field but it’s beyond LEFT. A person paying for a policy is no way shape or form any tax money whatsoever. You can fantasize and tell all your supposed buddies that say I don’t understand English… that they are dreaming too. Have you forgot your Meds?

Careful. Jarhead is gonna get mad at you for calling people names and disrespecting a fellow stager.
So, tell us, who did you work for that gave you the disability you said you have. You said you pay every bit of it out of your pocket. I was just wondering why would you buy the disability insurance if you have to pay for it all out of your own pocket anyway. It was a legit question.
And I’m not like you Jeremy. I don’t rely on “meds”. Remember? I don’t go to the doctor so I probably don’t have any prescriptions.
And you are very correct. I’m NOT in “left” field. Very much right. Have you seen the quote “if you’re not left you’re right” or “if you’re not right you’re wrong”? Both very true.
Read the post you just sent and ask yourself why my buddies see it as entertainment 🤷‍♂️. Just sayin.

Hey buddy. How’s your hot “tubing” trip going? 😂
Just thought I’d fill you in on a little something you might not know. A good friend of mine was the construction inspector for the city of Bend for 20 years. She paid $6.00/month for her medical insurance before she retired and the city of Bend (a tax based organization) paid the rest. She now gets 100% full medical benefits that are paid by the city of Bend. Would that be her paying for an insurance policy and getting medical benefits paid by tax dollars? Or not? Just curious. You know way more about this (and everything else) than anyone I know so figured you’d be the guy to give us all the straight scoop on it. Thanks😉

I, for one; have no personal problem in showing my "State ID", as well as my "Voter Registration Card"... I carry both.

Well you babble about what everyone else did or will do that all supposedly are scamming some Tax based organization even if they did their part of their contract and rightfully earned their retirement. In your eyes it’s a scam.

Others would figure a guy on Ss And whatever else isn’t allowed to to go work under the table for a meat shop and ranch. But of course.. only some are stupid enough to brag.

I never worked for the City of Bend. 6 bux for Insurance was probably Heath Insurance.

You can go look it up but you will still assume some poor starving tax whining payer such as yourself paid an Employees Premiums for Long term and Short Term Disability Insurance….. but you didn’t and never will… and all the people being entertained may of had an opportunity to pay for insurance too but might be working under the table thinking they are getting away with something too.

I have never done all that. Just paid legit.
