Thanks Fish Dancer. As a former Marine with 11 years of service and 36 months on Navy ships thank your son for his service for me. Cherish your special time together on that boat. Something tells me he wont be disappointed at all. Semper Fidelis.

He's definitely on point. He may very well be one of the young guns in fishing one day. 😄😄

I have had the distinct pleasure of teaching my two grandsons about the pleasures of fishing. I feel it is important that we share our knowledge about this grand sport with our next generations. I try to encourage them about respect for our sport and the environment. Leave your area in better condition than when you arrived. Catch and release and keep only what you will eat. Learn something new every time out. Be safe. Our children and grandchildren are our succesors. Let's teach them well.

Looks like a great day for both of you. He’ll always remember these times with you, Grandpa. That’s a special kind of gift.

You’re welcome, Bruce. My grandson is 11; he and I have been fishing together since he was about 4. We have a lot of fun and funny memories that we reminisce about. I like to think the reminiscing not only makes us laugh, but solidifies the memories so they’ll always stay with him. They’re some of my dearest recollections. I wish the same for you and yours.

😁 I love the other photo of him, watching and waiting for a strike. Grandkids are the best.

Nice pictures of the Grandkids.
I remember catching my 1st Yellow tail with my Grandfather I was 10yrs old out of San Diego. And I'm 69yrs young. And I have the rod and reel I caught it on. The reel I still use good old Penn.
I also take my Grand fishing. Love ever minute of it.
Good luck fishing 🎣
