Hook sharpener and pack of wipe on Ben's insect repellent
A pair of snips that can go through a hardened steel hook. Never a bad idea.
I just started using a small backpack with a couple of trays of tackle inside. I can't stand very long anymore, so I can tie a small lightweight seat to the backpack, which really helps me.
I've got a plug bag. I love it.
Along with everything else in a tackle box that weighs 30# I carry Dramamine just in case. When you are out
60 miles and it kicks up even with so much experience there are times when your lunch wants to leave. Enough tools to do some maintenance on the boat if I have to and a few things to catch fish with. It's more crowded than my wife's purse.
Needle nose pliars, a diamond whetstone with a hook groove, extra nylon stringer and a metal stringer, Some finger nail clippers (big pair), a couple of rags, a band aid or three, extra spool of line and my second amendment right tool.
So far the long needle nose pliars get the most use.
Big John
A head lamp and bug spray for when the bite stays hot after dusk.
Now the only other things I have in my tacklebox is needlenose pliers and spare line. I put all my other non-lure stuff in a 5 gallon bucket and when I'm bank fishing I use it to sit on.

That's a very good suggestion!
