What do you keep in your tacklebox other then lures?
I always like to have a set of pliers, one of those plastic ponchos, a rag and extra line in my tacklebox whenever I head out. Are there any other things you guys always like to have with you that you have found use?

My boat is kind of a floating tackle box now
When I had a real tackle box , a spare cigarette lighter was a must have.
A rag, pliers, fingernail clippers, a skinning knife, whetstone, scale, extra line, first aid kit, matches in waterproof container, small Phillips and regular slot screwdrivers, and topi map of lake I am on in waterproof container.
I use a tackle bag. I carry a Leatherman, knife, flashlight, Firestarter & lighter, needle nose & dykes plus some quart zip locks, small screwdriver & a small bottle of reel oil. I also carry the same necessities in both boats. I always have rain gear in the boats & a set in my truck. I have a 2 wheel tackle cart I use on the fishing docks. I have a small cooler, tackle bag with crappie & bluegill lures & the same necessities as my other bags plus a folding seat & zip locks. I always clean my fish on the docks cleaning station. Those tools have saved my bacon more than once.
Fishing licenses. Don't leave home without it.

I have a copy of my lisc. in every fishing bag, my waders, my fly vest, and the glove compartment of my pick up.
I bank fish for trout and go pretty light. I have a leatherman, a few sinkers, mostly quarter oz, some swivels and beads, 10 pound fluoro and some extra hooks. Throw in some bait and a pair of scissors, I'm good to go.
A hemostat for hook removal and a small pocket knife.

Small can of "Deep Woods OFF"; a roll of "T.P." in a Zip-Loc bag; short and long "Mill Smooth" flat files; whet stone/ & Arkansas Stone/ a wee bottle of honing oil. Large and small Vise-Grips... I've never taken it fishing yet, but, I bought a needle nose pliers at an auto-parts store that has 7+1/4" from the grip to the tip; 11" OAL... Just looked like a good tool to own.

I've also got a small needle nose Vise Grip, for holding onto any small hooks that need to be sharpened.

Keep those in my wallet
I have a small folded piece of aluminum foil containing Tums or RoLaids
in each tackle box, along with some ibuprofen.
Bug spray, shades hook remover, super glue.
The list goes on. Adjusted depending....
Needle nose pliers. Flouro leader line. Bottom bouncers. Band-aids and first aid cream. An extra knife. Hook hone for sharpening hooks.
