Ahh! The Monkfish. Poor man's lobster. It has about the same texture as lobster but the taste is not as good as real lobster to me.

I don’t know if I could prepare and eat a fish that ugly. Lots of those ugly fish are listed as edible but not for me. 🤮

If I had caught that strange looking thing I would have gone to great extreams to keep it alive and purchased an aquarium just to keep it in. That fish looks like it was designed by a committee !
