Dang. I didn’t get here early enough to be first. I knew it was probably a Apache at first glance. I catch them quite often about 30 min drive from my home in Eastern AZ.

It's a trout. You can catch them all over. You can use power bait or minnows.😎

I always called them a speckled trout? Not saying it definitely is one but, that's what I called it? Hope this helps a little. Keep on catching!

Apparently the only place on earth that they live is in Arizona and have been brought back from the verge of extinction by concentrated conservation efforts. One on the plus side for Arizona fish and game and the White Mountain Apache Tribe!!
