Only cost an arm and a leg.
Maybe.
Down those parts, they've got signs pretty much everywhere: DON'T FEED THE 'GATORS ! Just don't plan to be any other critter's lunch, thank you very much !
LOOK before you leap !

Imagine jumping than seeing the eyes and snout.
Pointe of no return.
Could end up like Cap'n Hook ! I sincerely hope he wipes his butt right-handed ! If he is (or was) a lefty, then he 's got a problem ! (OUCH !) Incidentally, he lost his to a saltwater croc, but I guess that's close enough !
Croc is usually a Croc what ever Croc it might be.
How are you Big A?
We are just 'ducky', Oz ! Thanks for asking !
Is that a caricature of yourself? Are uou still 'lean and mean' ? Oh, well ! One good thing about guys our age that the ladies love is that we are akin to a good whiskey or a fine wine; we 'go down' smooth !
Not much lean left.
Somedays too much mean a work in progress.
If you've seen that photo, then you know that 'lean' and I parted ways some time ago ! Although I've always preferred a non-aggresion stance, if some buffoon crosses the line or insists on 'having a go at it', then 'mean' just becomes part of the strategy; if I have to oblige, then I'm 'in it to win it' ! No quarter given, and no mercy either!

Not many of those in MN. either.
He should've been warned any freshwater pond or river in florida is gator turf . . . You don't want to be too careless . . . they will come at ya' alright.
Actually, he should have known better on his own without being reminded ! Just wasn' t thinking about where he was, just really
wanted to go fishing ! Probably never even occurred to him until his buddies said something about it, then he JUMPED !
In all my years of fishing around gators here in Fla. I've only seen one charge humans twice. Both times was because someone got to close to her little ones. If you ever hear a little gator squeal get the hell out of Dodge. I know this because my family and I was one of those times. To me the snakes and the wasps are the real problem not the gators.
