It was a tough day on Lake Mitchell. No real pattern. Lake had been dropped 1 1/2 to 2 ft over night. Wind was crazy but need to cast in to the wind to get the 4 bites I got. 4 bites 4 fish, 2 on light mustard yellow/black back Livingston Lures Shallow Square Bill. 2lb on grass/weed on main lake with the square bill and 3 1/2 lbs in the creek off of a pier/dock sitting on a secondary point. 2lbs off of main lake grass point with small swim bait. Tail dipped in charteuse dye bait was small shad translucent shad 11/2 to 2 inch bait. 2lb in feeder creek on small swimbait came out of no where. Just came up and hit it when I was reeling it back from the bank. Very windy and cold this morning nd warming with blue bird day, water temps 65 to 68 degrees.
