Fresh water; bass, trout, other,(?)
Lake, stream, river, pond. (?).
Fly, lure, bait.
Loads of water and types of fishing to consider. Good luck and thanks for the forum!🤗

I would add the Great Lakes as a separate category. They are quite different from inland lakes.

I have a question for you, however... what do you consider "sticky topics" ? Have we not encountered a few of those already, and made it through the gauntlet with no bloodshed ! Lol !
All in all, I think you have a marvelous forum and administer it admirably...Thank you.

I’m guessing there’s plenty here that aren’t aware/part of OPP, an associated site. There there is room for general discussion, current topics, up coming topics.
I agree with Admin that there’s plenty of room for us here to explore regarding our shared passion for the piscitorial pursuit . Perhaps instead of the limits of what we have now, we could expand.
For instance, were I to head south from NY to FLA, I’d like to access some folks from down yon for info.
On the same note/boat, I’ve had to go to work on the Columbia River and would appreciate a quick link to those here that are out there. Get my drift ?

Well, there are time zones already set up. Maybe Pacific, Central, Mountain, Eastern? Not overly conductive to fishing, but something most folks can relate to and pretty easy to identify with...

I don't need regional sticky. I can learn from anyone, and I have lots to learn.
Topic is what I will click on.
However, I do prefer salt marsh over fresh water.
