Soft shell crab and soft shell crawfish poboys are my two favorite fried seafoods. French bread with pickles, tomatoes, lettuce with mustard and mayo. You can’t beat it.

First time I'm hearing about soft-shell crawdads, Four. After watching this Cajun cook work his magic, now can't wait to try 'em! https://youtu.be/MTtJ2kXJCC0?si=YEdYUB2J0lw5UXqu

Got some soft shell crabs from a friend who works the docks. Not free. Had to pay for them. LOL. Put all up in the freezer but the two Kathy fried tonight. Man were they good. Had some Cole Slaw to go with them.

Love them!! Short window to buy them alive up here. Won't buy them if they're not alive.

Looks great! You know if the government put a 2 year closure we would all have more crabs. Just like federal fish closures.maby they would build back, and maybe everyone would be able to catch some.

You are so right. They are working on new rules and regulations for both recreational and commercial crabbers. Hope they get it done soon.
