If I understand it correctly, the Supreme Court ruled CO couldn’t keep him off a b****t for a Federal office.
ME and IL will most likely be next.

They correctly decided that individual states have no power to apply a constitutional amendment, and effect who's on the b****t of a national e******n. Only congress has that power.

IMO, the Democrats have h**ed trump since he started running against Hillary.
now I'm NOT saying he's a good guy, just they have been throwing so much stuff against the wall to see what will stick, that it is tiresome. Now they are yelling about the republicans going after Biden and H****r.
Biden (and his wife) really want to get re-elected so he can Pardon his son if needed, IMO.
Had to recheck that we were in the Attic. LOL I am really scared about Harris taking over if Biden dies in office.
The ONLY saving grace if Trump does end up running against Biden is who is he going to pick this time for VP?
He's not a Spring Chicken either.

I agree with you. Can't stay on this train that we are currently on much longer. We are going to be experiencing negative experiences for years to come due to the immigration issues we are experiencing now.
As well as the support JB is providing to China, Russia and Ukraine at the cost of US taxpayers!!!

I offer for consideration by all, this Supreme Court decision just demonstrated definitional judicial "activism," which I can only hope we all think is a bad idea.
What do I see as activism?
The SINGULAR question at contest was can a state disqualify a candidate from a Federal e******n b****t. Nothing more.
The Court got this one right, 9-0.
The Court's decision continued on, after deciding on the singular issue, to add that the ONLY way to disqualify a federal candidate was through legislation passed by both Houses and signed by the president, eliminating Federal Courts from any decision-making process.
Can anyone here agree that this was indeed judicial activism?
