Good Rainbows ,and Beautiful fillets Ranger ! You are definitely a great Fisherman ! Was the water stained or starting to clear? Kaweah Lake is like chocolate made with water, but filling everything below! Great Pics !!👍🤙

The smaller fish hide in the flotsam. Then of course the larger fish come. Down here it’s chicken dolphin, dolphin, cobia, cuda, king mackerel and yellowfin. Sometimes you can get really lucky at the rips. We cast plugs and live bait near the pile depending on what we see. We also jig with diamond jigs around the pile.

Thanks Jarhead, the water is just starting to clear up, the long jam has broken up and now gators are floating all over the place. If you are in a boat better have a shotgun rider with you.
