Nice fish Fred, at least it is not black&white. Surprised you folks have not had snow yet.

Thanks Garey. Yeah, one is better than none. We had a little upstate, when a storm came down from the Northwest. Most of our recent weather has been from the Southwest, so it's warmer air. In fact, tomorrow's high temperature will be @1am
(tonight).

43ยฐ when I got to the lake. You can only fish the East shore, and unfortunately it's in the shade of the mountains till around 11am. It definitely felt colder especially with the North wind blowing down the lake. Missed 2 decent bites due to the wind bowing the line, one on a Dinger and one on a Paca Craw on a Shaky head. Took a break to wait for the sun to hit the shoreline. Lost a good fish on a June Bug Dinger, then switched to a Green Pumpkin. Finally set the hook in a decent fish. 2lb 6oz. After that the wind shifted again, from the west, and was blowing straight in my face so I called it. I never realized that they lowered the lake this much in the winter. The bank where the treeline starts is the normal high waterline.

Thanks Steve. That's just the seasonal drawdown here. The last few years they've been all full during the summer.

Thanks Henry. Not that much really, it's just the hoodie pushing it around a little. It is almost time for the Christmas hedge trimming though.
