My spot, I really enjoy pulling into this cove and just watching. Eagles, deer, raccoons, blue herons and many other critters visit this spot quite often and it's always a welcome spot just to forget the pains and ills of the day. Oh yea it's a great spot to catch a Smallmouth bass too, that's a plus. I don't look forward to the day I can't get there but this is where I intend to have my ashes scattered, hay might as well feed the fish I've been catching for so many years.

Beautiful

Here is your original post that shows up on my end. Still don't see a cellphone reference or as you say not fishing with his buddies.

PB that reminds me of a spot I fished once last spring while searching for a boat. It's just over the border in MD. If I remember it's called Sunrise Pond. Small pond of maybe an acre, stocked with panfish, cats and trout with four or five park benches around it. Fished a little on the way home and talked to a couple old timers there. They explained it was set aside for over 65s and under 16s. Don't even need your bucket to sit on. I)l be back there in the spring.

So you can’t fish with your buddy or relatives unless they are a cellphone nut or an anti cellphone nut? "

Does one really need to explain even more? The folks in PNW completely understand. Kids under 16 are phone nuts. Many over 65 are anti-phone people. So will that help those that do not reside here in the PNW? So those that claim they don't use social media...are they all for using phones for everything but never for social media?

If one thinks they missed a post it appears they will never get it.

What if your 21 and want to fish with your Grandpa that is 99? Some here in the Pacific Northwest have relatives we fish with.

It’s a 1/2 acre pond in MD. I’m not thinking it will bother you and your 99 year old grampa much there in Oregon (the PNW). And if you go to MD just fish someplace else. I’m sure that’s not the only pond there. Just a thought. Bring your cell phone along and have a ball.
This might come as a shocker to ya but we ALL know what you’re getting at. The question was, if I may, “does anyone have that special spot?”. 😉

If they all fish like my wife we’re doomed. She don’t go much but EVERY time she does she outfishes me 5 to one and sometimes more. And I’m not helping her either. Other than she uses my stuff cuz she don’t have an. I’m guessing she figures I won’t miss one of my setups for a day or two. I only have about 10 for each style of fishing there is. I’m sure the rest of you don’t. Lol

Had Drs visit today and will be starting chemo and radiation in 2weeks. Back Sunday for MRI. So far all is looking good.
Good night everyone, weekends coming up,enjoy.

Good luck with everything Ronnie. We’re all pulling for you in all of your endeavors 👍

This is one pond set aside for seniors and kids that don't have the ability to fish big waters out of square miles of fresh and salt water in the area.

I don't care about the phone. If you knew and your buddy knew then why was it a PNW thing or a must of missed a post thing to you and your buddy? Snarky people always reveal themselves even when they admit their guilt.
